The Grayling Getaway Cabin is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and functional space. The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sleeping area with two Twin over Full bunk beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Pets are welcome at the property for a fee of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their pets, and additional charges apply for any damage or cleaning required due to pets. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Service Animals are permitted at no extra cost. Nestled in a secluded area, Lower Kenai Lodge is just minutes from the world-famous Kenai River. Centrally located between Kenai and Soldotna, the cabin offers easy access to sightseeing, fishing, and the serene beauty of the Kenai Peninsula. Shared outdoor amenities include fire pits, BBQ grills, and a covered pavilion for guest use. The water at the property is not potable, so guests should bring their own drinking water. Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and incur a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $50 fee per hour. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items, and additional charges may apply. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and no cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces.
