Bounded by the Hudson River to the west and 14th Street to the north, the neighborhood is filled with tree-lined streets, beautiful old brownstones, and hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafés. It's the quintessential NYC neighborhood, inhabited by locals and celebrities alike, offering a mix of history, culture, and urban charm. Public transportation is easily accessible with PATH at 9th Street Station under 500 feet away and multiple subway lines including F, M, L, 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, B, and D nearby. Smoking on the property is prohibited and will be subject to a fine of up to $1,200. Pets are allowed only with prior approval by building management and an extra fee is incurred for approved pets. Be considerate of your neighbors and refrain from hosting parties. Please ensure all electronic devices, lights, and AC are turned off when leaving the apartment.
