People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained plus $50 per person. Pets are allowed at this property, and if any pets are found without a previous agreement, the guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. No trash or other items may be left on the property, and there will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.
