Pets are allowed with a fee of $150 per pet. Unauthorized pets will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and any extra cleanings and damages will be charged. The villa offers the option of heating the pool at $40 a day, which should be arranged with the host prior to arrival for a better experience. Parking is available inside the garage for 2 cars, on the driveway for 2 cars, and on the road with plenty of spaces in designated areas. Ideally situated just a short drive from the magic of Disney, the villa offers easy access to a day of enchantment and excitement. Beyond the theme parks, premier shopping areas and a plethora of dining options are also close by, ensuring there's never a dull moment in Old Town Kissimmee. Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not included as they are considered personal items.
