Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building. The HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. If fines are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be responsible for the fines. Due to the property's downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit. A white noise machine is provided for your comfort, and earplugs are available upon request. There is no free parking available. Valet parking is available at 48 East Avenue for $40 per day, and city street parking is available at the posted rate. EV charging stations are available for an additional $10 per night through Natiivo's valet. The height clearance for valet parking is 84 inches. The communal pool is available from 10 AM to 12 AM on Mondays and 7 AM to 12 AM from Thursday to Sunday, located on the 33rd floor. Only registered guests are permitted, and no parties are allowed. The pool should be used at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass is allowed in and around the pool or hot tub. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45°F, and if the temperature drops below 35°F, the heater cannot be turned on.
