Access to shared resort amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river, and water slides, and a private patio or balcony with a BBQ grill. Complimentary parking is included on-site and on the street for up to two vehicles. Towels, linens, and essential bathroom amenities are provided. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Guests must report damages immediately.
