For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. There is a STRICT "No Pets" policy, with only ADA-compliant service dogs allowed. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. No parties or events are permitted, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
