Brackett Cottage elegantly encircles you with fine prints, antique style dinnerware, and nautical charts that represent Marblehead’s seafaring role in the American Revolution, War of 1812 and World War I. The living room features a fireplace with electric insert and cozy lighting. The dining room welcomes guests to host elegant and intimate dinner parties, or to read by the fireplace. The kitchen comprises full-sized appliances and all the furnishings to cook any family meal from a simple continental breakfast to a full dinner. The full bathroom has a tile-enclosed bath/shower combination along with the usual accouterments. This property is cooled with window air conditioning units, which are installed in May and removed in September. Each window AC unit has both a cooling function and a fan function.
