Smoking or open flames, including vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, or any open flames, are strictly prohibited. Violation Fee: $1,000 + $500 ozone treatment + cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or any unapproved get-togethers. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Undisclosed guests will incur a charge of $50 per person, per night. Unauthorized pets will incur a charge of $50 per pet per night. Late check-out will incur a charge of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM. Guests must be 25+ years of age to book. Undisclosed pets = $500 fine. Failure to return or provide a photo of keys/passes: $50. Includes a private workspace, ideal for business travelers. Pets are welcome with prior written approval only. To request approval, please provide: Type, size, weight, breed, and number of pets. Pet Fees: 1–6 nights: $50 per pet, 7–21 nights: $100 per pet, 21+ nights / Monthly: $175 per pet. Pet Guidelines: Clean up after your pet—indoors and outdoors, Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb others, No pets on furniture (beds, sofas, chairs), Bring a pet bed or blanket, Pets must be leashed or contained outside the unit. Pet fees must be paid before arrival. Door codes will not be activated until payment is complete. Guests are responsible for trash. Fines for violations are the guest’s responsibility. A cleaning is required every 30 days and will be auto-charged to your original payment method. We conduct a brief inspection once a month. You’ll receive at least 24 hours' notice. All adult guests must submit a valid driver's license or passport. Codes will be issued only after payment and verification (including pet fees, if applicable) are completed.
