You’ll be just minutes from Orlando’s best attractions—walk to the Orange County Convention Center, local groceries, or the highly anticipated Epic Universe Theme Park (opening soon!). Whether you're here for business or play, this central location has you covered. Nearby family attractions include ICON Park, SeaWorld Orlando, Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios Florida, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, EPCOT, and Magic Kingdom Park. Orlando International Airport is also conveniently located just 12 miles away. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub. These access cards can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and are provided at no cost. The home offers a large indoor dining table suitable for shared meals or laptop-friendly work time.
