Room-darkening shades make it easy to sleep in after full days at the parks, while central air conditioning and heating help you keep the space comfortable. Enjoy access to the resort pool, lazy river, splash pad, mini golf, sand volleyball court, and a canoe or kayak launch area. A shared gym is located nearby. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. Located in the heart of Kissimmee, this property is nestled near Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios. Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations, all within a short drive. Travel times include 23 minutes to MCO Airport and just a few minutes to major roads and local conveniences. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If the furniture is not returned to its original position, an additional fee may be charged to cover the cost of the extra time and effort required to rearrange the furniture. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
