You'll love the convenience store located directly across the street and the short drive to Hall Road and the I-94 expressway. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops only a few miles away from this location. While this location is within walking distance to downtown Mount Clemens, it is much easier to travel with a vehicle. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there is free parking available in the driveway, directly in front of the unit. Security cameras are surrounding the exterior of the property and inside the basement common area laundry, but there are no cameras located inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed outside, and a $1000 fine will be charged for smoking inside the unit. Please dispose of all smoking waste in the green dumpster. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and a $250 fine will be charged for noise complaints. Check-out time is 11 AM, and a $250 fee will be charged if you check out after 11:15 AM. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors or rugs. Please do not move furniture, as a $250 fine will be charged if furniture is moved from its original position. For long-term bookings of 28 days or more, a signed lease may be required.
