Carport and driveway parking are available for two cars, with one space under the carport and one behind. Unlimited free street parking is also available. Pets less than 30lbs are welcome with a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. There is a one-time charge of $55 to unlock the propane tank for the BBQ grill/fire pit. Located a 6-minute walk from Rainey Street and East Cesar Chavez, this apartment is also conveniently located near other Austin attractions. It's a 4-minute drive to "Dirty" 6th Street nightlife and the Austin Convention Center, a 9-minute drive to Zilker Park/Austin City Limits, and a 13-minute drive to Austin Airport. Paddle boarding is just a 4-minute drive away, and Target/Whole Foods on E 5th are a 14-minute walk. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, and firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. We require 48 hours of advance notice for heating the hot tub. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID verification before arrival. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee, so please clean up after yourselves and your pets. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit. [SI]
