This delightful cabin is located in Sequoia Heights Resort, one mile from the main parkway. As you enter the cabin, you are greeted by an open concept where the allure of the Smoky Mountains beckons. This cabin features 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 loft with sleeping space, and 4 bathrooms. There is also a large living area, a private indoor pool with the option to add heat, and a game room with a pool table and games. The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. A free washer and dryer are included for your convenience. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. Pigeon Forge is filled with adventure, entertainment, and music. The city calls upon hikers, bikers, and campers with its proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Enjoy easy access to the lively entertainment, shopping, and dining options that make Pigeon Forge a sought-after destination. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 10 miles away, the Hollywood Wax Museum is 2 miles away, Ripley's Super Fun Park is 4 miles away, and Dollywood is 6 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 9 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the cabin. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. The check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In the Smoky Mountains, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. [SI]
