The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Due to humidity and the natural environment of the Smoky Mountains, bugs are a common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. The home is not baby-proofed. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors when possible and to respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing and minimizing excessive noise during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home and take out the trash properly upon departure.
