Smoking is only allowed outside, and a $1000 fine will be charged for smoking inside the unit. Please dispose of all smoking waste in the green dumpster. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and a $250 fine will be charged for noise complaints. Check-out time is 11 AM, and a $250 fee will be charged if you check out after 11:15 AM.
