A fully equipped kitchen completes the ensemble, allowing you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals at your leisure. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $125. The pool heating fee is $100 per night, and the pool stays heated at 85 degrees. If you would like the pool heated, please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking. A primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, provided it is reported prior to check-out.
