There are strict quiet hours per the city of Seminole from 10 PM to 7 AM, and grounds for termination if a noise complaint is received. No parties or events are allowed at this property. Guests have access to the entire house, minus the locked owner’s closet, via keypad entry. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
