The lower level features a gaming area, media room, and bar for endless entertainment options. Outside, the private dock allows for easy access to the sparkling waters of Lake Norman, and the deck with a wet bar and fire pit area is perfect for outdoor relaxation. Pets are welcome; however, they must be disclosed at the time of booking. An additional non-refundable fee of $300 per pet will be charged. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home. Free parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Boat rental is not included, but we can connect you with a local company that offers excellent service. Make sure to visit The Waterside Grill, a favorite waterside restaurant, minutes away by boat or by car. Zootastic Park and the Carolina Balloonfest are only 20 minutes away. You'll find more coffee shops, grocery stores, and eateries in nearby downtown Troutman. Lake Norman State Park is located just 10 minutes away, offering plenty to explore and experience. No keys to carry. The property has a no-smoking or vaping policy inside the house, with a $500 fine for deep cleaning if violated. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Respect the neighbors, as complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
