Feel at home in this spacious property located in the beautiful Solterra Resort, just a short drive from Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. This home features five spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two living areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, a large, fully stocked kitchen with many amenities, and indoor dining areas. The game room includes a pool table and an air hockey table. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. The Solterra Resort offers exclusive access to a community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you venture out, you'll find world-class meals at nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A pet fee is applied and is subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There are cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. [SI]
