The Baptist Medical Center South is just a few minutes away, enhancing the location's appeal. This home is located in a residential area with quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during the stay will be the guest's responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. A minimum age of 21 is required to rent this property.
