Enjoy a spacious living area with Smart TVs and a wood-burning fireplace, and a firelog stove in the Florida Room. The fully equipped kitchen includes two Keurig machines and a 12-cup drip coffee maker, with a dining area seating eight. The bunkhouse has its own kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, and a dining area seating eight. Both the main house and bunkhouse are equipped with Wi-Fi and mini-split A/C. Two washers and two dryers are available in the utility room. Enjoy a beautiful heated pool and sundeck accommodating 15-20 people from May to September, with additional fees applying. Kayaks, paddle-boards, tubes, a paddleboat, and fishing poles are available from May to September. Propane grill, flat-top grill, and charcoal grill are available. Vending machines are also on-site. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors and is discouraged outdoors due to fire risk. Fireworks are not allowed. Illegal drugs are not permitted. Parties and events require prior approval. Exterior security and wildlife cameras are in place. Fireplaces are available October–April only. Life jackets are required when using watercraft.
