Early check-in and late check-out are not possible. Due to the property's natural environment, occasional insects may be present. While high standards of cleanliness and pest control are maintained, the occasional presence of insects is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation. There is a $200 fine for noise disruptions during quiet hours (9 pm - 9 am), with possible removal from the property. Smoking in any part of the property will incur a $1,000 fee for odor abatement. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom. No events of any kind are allowed on the premises. Visitors must be accompanied by the guest at all times. Packages will not be accepted and no mail deliveries can be sent to the apartment. Firearms or weapons are not permitted in the apartment or on the property.
