Feel at home with sweeping views of the Ozark Mountains and the lake. This home features two living areas with cozy seating, a fully stocked kitchen, a ping pong table, and large windows with a view. Enjoy amenities such as a hot tub spa, a screened-in patio with cozy seating and a Smart TV, and a raised furnished patio with a dining table and a grill. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid prior to your arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket. Amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, golf, etc., still require payment of applicable usage fees. Additionally, the Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends. Bella Vista is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, nature trails, golf courses, and lakes! This home offers easy and direct access to Lake Windsor and is just 3 miles to Pontoon Park and access to the Tunnel Vision MTB Trail, 5 miles from Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, 6 miles to Mildred B. Copper Memorial Chapel, and 9 miles to Downtown Bentonville. Walk, drive, or ride your bike around town! Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
