This listing includes two separate but nearby units located on the same floor at Park Shore Resort—ideal for families, friends, or multi-generational guests who want to stay close, but still enjoy their own space. Each unit features the same spacious floor plan and sleeping set-up with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom (convertible to a queen), and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Enjoy resort-style views from the primary bedrooms, with French doors opening to a screened and covered lanai. Each bedroom includes a TV, dresser, desk and chair, and a closet with useful amenities like a Pack ’n Play, safe, and iron with ironing board. Both kitchens are modern and fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and downlighting, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks for your group. The resort offers a range of amenities including a heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, lakefront walking paths, and an island gazebo with barbecue grills. There is a maximum of 12 guests allowed per reservation with 6 maximum guests per unit. Occupancy is strictly enforced. The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025, with each unit taking 2 days to complete and will not be available for booking during the replacement. There will be some construction noise and dust during this time. Park Shore Resort is 30 miles from RSW - Fort Myers International Airport and the closest exit to I-75 is Exit 107 - Pine Ridge Road.
