Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed.
