Welcome to Bahia Beach! Feel at home in this updated waterfront studio, offering a private balcony with stunning bay views, perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wine. This studio is fully stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, basic cookware, and dishware. Enjoy access to two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, a fishing dock, private beach access, and two waterfront restaurants just steps away. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Because it’s right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and unfortunately, it can’t be switched off from inside the unit. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged. [SI]
