Entertainment options include a Smart TV with streaming apps and high-speed Wi-Fi. The suite also includes closet space with hangers, a fan, storage for beach gear, an iron, a hair dryer, and extra linens. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided. Coin-operated laundry is available downstairs. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Bahia Beach is a peaceful bayside retreat with restaurants, rentals, and a marina. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, and nearby beaches. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $125. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. Because we’re right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. Resort amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, game room, tennis courts, cornhole, full gym, beach access, and walkable restaurants. Two waterfront restaurants are just a short walk away. Fishing dock and marina access are nearby. There is no parking available for jet skis or boats. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout times are 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Ex. if you have not left by 11:45AM you will be charged $70.
