The apartment is located in NuLu, Louisville's hip and affluent East Market District, known for its dining scene with upscale New American cuisine, casual BBQ, and stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. You'll also find vintage clothing shops, women’s fashion boutiques, gourmet food stores, and restored furniture shops. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, featuring art shows, live music, shopping, and street food. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation and denied entry.
