We offer mid-term cleaning services to keep your unit fresh throughout your stay. While we love all furry friends, we only allow dogs at this property. It is $100 per pet, per stay. Although there is so much to walk to, Uber and Lyft are very prevalent in the area, and convenient scooter rentals are available nearby to explore Cocoa Beach with ease. You’ll have full access to your private unit and shared outdoor amenities. Our beach gear is ready for you to grab and hit the sand, but please note that all beach gear is communal and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask guests to return items after use so everyone can enjoy them. Beach equipment is not guaranteed, so if you have specific needs, we recommend bringing your own. Mailbox access is not available for guests. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. A laptop computer is not included.
