Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy with a fee of $100 per pet per month for up to 2 pets under 40 lbs each. It's just down the street from Fashion Valley mall, Costco, and Ikea, and provides a quick commute to Downtown, San Diego beaches, shopping, and dining. The condo is also close to top medical centers: Kaiser Zion (0.5 mi), Rady Children’s (5 mi), UC San Diego Medical (6 mi), Sharp Grossmont (8 mi), and more. The entire community is non-smoking, and smoking indoors will incur a $400 charge. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties are allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed. There is a $100 fee for tampering with Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, locks, etc. Unlawful use of the home, including illegal activities or substances, will result in a $500 fee.
