When you reserve the downstairs unit, you will have exclusive access to the downstairs area, including the game room, which is designated solely for downstairs guests. However, the beach deck and the boardwalk to the beach are shared between the two units. Guests renting the downstairs unit will not have access to the second-floor balconies. There is no access between the spaces from inside; all entry is through an outside door with personalized codes specific to each guest and only their rented space.
