Enjoy free Wi-Fi, a TV, and other in-unit entertainment options. The resort offers a tranquil oceanfront pool, a 150 ft. long lazy river, an outdoor hot tub spa, and an indoor pool with a hot tub. Free parking is available for a maximum of two cars. Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/across from the resort. This condo in the Atlantica Resort is centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach and is steps away from all major attractions, restaurants, and must-see places. You’ll be just a few blocks from the new Beach Boardwalk, the Market Commons, the Sky Wheel, and the pier. Your access to the amazing beach and ocean is an ideal way to start your vacation, and if you are up for an adventure, there are plenty of options all around, including fishing and other watersports activities. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. Pest Control Service days are scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement.
