Step onto your furnished private balcony and soak in the breathtaking ocean views. As a guest at Atlantica Resort, you'll have access to both an indoor and an outdoor pool, and a kiddie pool. Free parking is available for 2 cars in the parking lots located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort. Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the Myrtle Beach strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, close to boutiques and souvenir shops, and a short drive to the SkyWheel and the Fun Plaza Arcade or the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. [SI]
