Step into the spacious backyard and use the fish-cleaning table to prep your fresh catch after a day on the Gulf. A washer and dryer are available in the garage. For longer stays, please purchase additional supplies at nearby stores. Located in a peaceful Bradenton neighborhood, this home offers quick access to Coquina Beach, Manatee Public Beach, and Cortez fishing village. It's also minutes from Publix, waterfront dining, coffee shops, Robinson Preserve trails, the Manatee River, and Downtown Bradenton’s Riverwalk. A short drive will take you to Anna Maria Island, where you can use the free AMI trolley to explore Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Bean Point. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and are strictly enforced. No shoes are allowed in the home. The garage is intended only for storage of your luggage and things, as the owners store their personal vehicle in the garage. Parking or driving your vehicle in the garage is prohibited and will incur a $500 penalty. Only registered guests may be on the property, including in the backyard; extra guests will be charged at $50 per person per night.
