It's a short walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District, and less than a mile to downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus. The Kroger Food Market is also less than a mile away. You'll have easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Any late check-out will result in an additional charge of $100. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count.
