Located just 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of top-rated restaurants and shops, this bungalow offers direct access to the beach. Nearby restaurants include Kooky Coconut, Oma's Pantry, and Jake's Coastal Cantina. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Guests can bring up to 2 pets with a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests, and guests must pick up after their pet, or incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. Minimum age to check-in is 23 years old.
