Just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld, you'll have easy access to world-class entertainment. The resort is conveniently situated just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with an Imax movie theater and additional shopping at Posner Park only 7 minutes away. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and there is a strict no-smoking and no-drugs policy on the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, and additional guidelines are posted within the home. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the home.
