This room can sleep up to 4 people and offers step-free access. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a fridge and electric stove, along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and there is a Smart TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows. This unit is right on the river, great for fishing or any other wildlife adventures you may have. Downtown Elkins is 10 minutes away, and the Elkins-Randolph Co. Regional Airport is 12 minutes away. Local attractions include Canaan Valley Ski Resort (27.4 miles), Timberline Mountain and White Grass (31.5 miles), and Snowshoe Mountain Resort and Silver Creek (54.6 miles). Even though the best Wi-Fi in the area is provided, internet service may experience occasional interruptions. This is one half of the cabin, set up similar to a duplex with the other side being occupied as well. If we have to move furniture back to its original position after your stay, we will charge $50 per hour to do so. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home; outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is allowed after this time. Early check-ins will incur a fee, typically $30-50, but may be more depending on how early you want to check in. Late check-out is not offered; unapproved late check-out fee is $50 for every 30 minutes, plus any refunds or charges that the next guest incurs due to your late check-out. Profiles with a review rating lower than 4 stars will not be allowed to book this property on an instant book basis, and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. [SI]
