This ground-floor unit features a private entrance and is just steps from Indian Rocks Beach. This fully equipped bungalow includes a queen bed and a full-size pullout sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with a starter set of toiletries and coffee. The full kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, black fridge, natural wood cabinets, a high-top dining table for 2, a coffee maker, and basic cookware. The living area features a smart TV, TV stand, ceiling fan, and storage closet. There is also access to a detached laundry area with free access shared with Unit 1. This apartment is pet-friendly with a fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days or $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Free parking for 1 vehicle is available in a designated space. With direct access to the beach, you're only a 30–40 second walk away from the ocean. The apartment is also close to the intracoastal for fishing and within a 2-minute walk to Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty, and evidence during your stay will also result in immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, and you will be removed immediately without a refund and charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. One pet per reservation is allowed, and pets cannot be more than 60lbs without prior permission. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Stones Throw Unit 4 strictly does not allow pets. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. Pinellas County is undertaking a beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Indian Rocks Beach, with a scheduled timeline for Indian Rocks Beach from November to early December 2025.
