This home features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor bedroom has two full beds, but does not have a true door; a curtain has been installed for privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed and full en-suite bathroom with tub and SmartTv. The third bedroom has a queen bed with SmartTV, and the fourth bedroom has another queen bed, twin bed, and SmartTV. It is located about 1.5 miles south of downtown Columbus, and .4 miles directly east of the Coca Cola Space Science Center, and .8 miles south of the Riverwalk. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and the neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Smoking is prohibited. If the cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
