This home offers a living room, dining room, and a game room for family entertainment. The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the private pool and hot tub, with the option to add heat, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. An outdoor patio with a grill and loungers is also available. Free access to a washer/dryer is included. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice requested. Free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included. Located in the gated masterplan community of ChampionsGate in ChampionsGate, FL, this home offers a recreation-rich lifestyle with access to world-class golf courses. Enjoy nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, and shopping and dining at Posner Park. Transportation is convenient with proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 14. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10AM, and a fee of up to $300 may be incurred for late check-outs. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
