Bakersfield is a personal favorite for their delicious margaritas and tacos, and Jeni's Ice Cream is also down the block. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Short North District, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, less than 1 mile to Downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus, less than 1 mile to Kroger Food Market, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, a 10-minute drive or Uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
