All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are penalties of $500 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
