The well-appointed kitchen includes full appliances, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer, along with an ironing board and iron, are provided for your convenience. An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available for cruising to the beach and back. Please inquire about availability and pricing. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. Pets are allowed with prior approval, a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. ADA-registered service animals are exempt. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess pet cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in this state.
