Experience a private villa in a luxury gated community steps from Disney parks, blending modern design with cozy comfort. Feel at home in this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa that sleeps 8. Sunlight pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows as you step onto the private patio, where cushioned loungers invite you to soak up the Florida warmth. The villa features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an indoor dining area, an outdoor dining area, a patio with loungers, and a flat-screen TV. A free washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Access to the community pool, gym, volleyball, and tennis courts requires a fee of $100 plus taxes per group per day, which you can arrange through the concierge and receive an amenity key card. There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Only eight minutes from Disney World, twenty minutes from Sea World, and thirty minutes from Universal Studios, the villa places the region’s top attractions within easy reach. Nearby dining options provide a variety of world-class meals. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. There is one space designated in front of the home and others in a community parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. One house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) is welcome with a pet fee and $150 security deposit. The Magic Village Views community includes a restaurant, grocery store, and ticket shop. [SI]
