A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required to bring one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). Located in the heart of Orlando, where theme park enchantment, upscale shopping, and vibrant dining intersect, this home is a tranquil oasis. It's just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, putting you right in the heart of the magic. Enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the community. This home is 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
