Step into your private villa in one of the most luxurious gated communities right next to Disney parks. The bold, modern design of this home is balanced with a welcoming, relaxed, and cozy vibe, perfect for families, couples, and groups seeking the beautiful coziness of this vacation home and attentive services of a boutique hotel. The villa features three spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to feel at home. This villa boasts a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a cozy living room equipped with a flat-screen TV. The outdoor patio is perfect for soaking in the Florida sun, complete with cushioned loungers and a grill. The villa also includes a free washer and dryer for your convenience. The community offers access to a swimming pool, gym, fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts, restaurant, grocery, and ticket stores. There is a $100 plus taxes fee per group per day for swimming pool and gym access, charged only if you use the clubhouse. A grill cleaning fee of $30 applies to keep it in top shape for all guests. Parking includes one designated spot in front of the home and additional unassigned spots throughout the community. Located in the heart of Orlando, this villa offers easy access to theme park enchantment, upscale shopping, and vibrant dining. Just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, you'll be right in the heart of the magic. World-class dining options are just a couple of miles from the community. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. Coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while in-person interaction is limited, assistance is available through messaging. A shuttle service is available upon request at the concierge for a fee. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the villa.
