The villa sits within the sought-after Reunion Resort, granting direct access to championship golf courses, exceptional dining options, and a variety of activities for all ages. The resort is set within a gated community and monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment throughout your stay. The driveway provides space for up to two vehicles parked side-by-side, with space for one additional car on the street directly in front of the home. The garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Late departures can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and may result in a fee of up to $300. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence.
