The upper level offers a “Mickey” room with two double beds, a “Disney Princesses” room with two twin beds, a queen-size bed bedroom, and another king-size bed bedroom. Two expansive living areas give guests plenty of room to gather, watch movies, or share stories. A formal dining area provides a stylish setting for meals, while a game room offers arcade games, basketball, and air hockey for lively family fun. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless-steel appliances, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. A dining table is in the indoor space and an outdoor patio seating area allows guests to savor meals either inside or under the Florida sky. Comfortable loungers line the poolside, creating a perfect spot for sunbathing or relaxing with a drink. An outdoor patio area adds additional seating for evening gatherings or quiet moments. This villa also includes two living spaces and a washer/dryer. This is a self-catering home, and a pet fee is applied. The villa sits within the sought-after Reunion Resort, granting direct access to championship golf courses, exceptional dining options, and a variety of activities for all ages. The resort is set within a gated community and monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The driveway provides space for up to two vehicles parked side-by-side, making parking simple and convenient. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome furry friends. Only one house-trained dog is allowed. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 12 guests is allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late departures may result in a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence.
