The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. The villa has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars, with overflow parking available 250 feet down the street and street parking in many areas. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, while a propane gas grill and other gear are available at an extra cost. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet, with only small dogs under 40 pounds allowed. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. Enjoy the convenience of being just 5 minutes away from MargaritaVille Sunset Walk or exploring Oldtown Kissimmee for fun activities. Walt Disney World® is 6.5 miles away, Universal Studios® 20 miles, Sea World® 17 miles, Shopping Outlet 15 miles, Orlando Airport 29 miles, and a supermarket just 1.5 miles away. Guests will have access to the entire house. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are considered personal items and are not provided.
