Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Situated in the heart of Kissimmee’s Reunion community, with easy access to local shops and dining, this condo is just 8 mi from Magic Kingdom, 15 mi from SeaWorld, and 20 mi from Universal Studios, making theme-park visits a short drive away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A pet fee is applied and is subject to up to $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. Up to 2 cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for up to two vehicles. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
