Enjoy access to the private pool and hot tub with the option to add heat for $35 per day. Free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included. Pool and spa heating must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. Located in the gated masterplan community of ChampionsGate in Florida, this home offers easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, including Disney World (20 mins), SeaWorld (35 mins), and Universal Studios (40 mins). Enjoy nearby shopping and dining at Posner Park. The Retreat at ChampionsGate offers a recreation-rich lifestyle with world-class golf courses. The maximum number of vehicles allowed on the property is three, with up to two cars parked one behind the other in the driveway and one car parked on the street in front of the home. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premises, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit, please make sure your cleaning after your pet.
