Guests will find linens and towels provided. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Centrally located, this apartment is directly across the plaza from the Old State Capitol building, offering an incredible view. It is walking distance to all of Honest Abe Lincoln's historical sites, providing a perfect base for exploring the city's attractions. No pets, smoking, or parties/events are allowed. If you are found to have a party/event or more people are in the unit than listed on your reservation, you accept full responsibility for any city fines and lawsuits, and will lose 100% of your security deposit. Checkout is at 11 am and check-in is at 4 PM. Instructions to check in will be sent 1 hour prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. No smoking of any kind is permitted; if there is a smell of smoke, deodorizing fees start at $500. Noise complaints will result in an immediate call to the police, with no warnings, and forfeiture of 100% of your security deposit. Nest thermostats are locked between 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation; exceeding this number will result in the loss of 100% of your security deposit. Please leave the suite as you found it, with dishes cleaned and trash taken out before departure. No moving furniture is allowed; moving furniture incurs a $100 fee per piece. Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation.
